another job update! ....well...at least this ones actually cool.
Ill be casting an 8 person African American drumline to play ages 17-22 for an east coast clothing company. The casting company couldn’t find anybody so its a good chance all 8 guys will be booked through me...its a major budget thing...so what does that mean? Cha ching!! $$$$ for everybody...me and the guys I cast...plus i get the chance to represent our art with the best marching percussionists around...it was originally mixed ethnicities...which would have been a walk in the park to cast and this is a bit more specific...hence challenging...if i can book all 8 guys...dang… =)...i should be a casting director full time...thats not a competitive industry is it?
