You Name: Summer Age: Newly 22 Location: USA Describe yourself in two sentences: Aspiring actress and writer who spends way too much time reading blogs and news on the Internet. Cries over everything, but also laughs over everything, so it balances out. :)
Your True Loves Your Top Fandoms: I've really gotten less and less into fandoms...but I always love The Office, even now, when only 3 people or something do. I also still love Friends, Studio 60, and Arrested Development. Your Top Ships: I still love Jim and Pam. Your Current Non-Fandom Interests: Acting, writing, painting, reading, St. Louis Cardinals and Los Angeles Dodgers (when they aren't playing each other, of course), quantum physics and consciousness studies (nerd here), poetry, decorating
Your Journal Stuff You like in an LJ friend: I like people who interact. I like being actual friends with my LJ friends outside of LJ. Are you a commenter, a lurker, or both?: I always feel guilty if I just lurk, because I'm afraid people won't know I did read their entries. So, I comment as often as possible. Any friending requirements we need to know about?: I prefer 18+, or at the very least, 17. Nothing personal, I just feel a little weird communicating regularly with people under 18 who I don't know IRL, especially since, as I said, I like to become actual friends. Anything Else?: I have a tendency to use LJ as my personal rant journal. I tend to post when I'm upset, angry, etc. I lost a friend this year, so my posts lately are really melancholy - and I'm sorry about that. Trying to be more positive lately.
Your "Describe Yourself in Two Sentences" perfectly describes me (except for the acting part, although I've always fancied the idea of acting). I also like to interact with my LJ friends. Friends?
I feel like I probably definitely need to add you. "Cries over everything, but also laughs over everything" is like... my life. Everything is a big deal, good or bad, I just have a lot of ~feelings. And I love that you like both art things AND nerdy/smart things.
You sound really interesting and I would love to get to know you better :) Oh,on the "melancholy posts" thing - I totally understand that as I make my own posts of that variety once in a while too. So don't feel sorry about that <3
Hey! :D We have the same icon! :D So I started reading your post and followed a link to your lj because of that! Would you like to be friends? I graduated in English and Drama, so I share your love of acting, and I've also been writing for a while so we have a few things in common, apart from the fact that I also love being friends with people outside LJ too, and that is more important than fandom :)
