Sold my 4GB iPhone on eBay last week for $162 (after all of the fees and shipping). Ordered a 16GB 3GS @ $199, which should arrive on Friday (it shipped yesterday). Not too shabby.
The real kicker? My original phone did not qualify for corporate rate plan discounts, but the 3GS does. And the discount is huge: 27% off of both voice and data.
