[The feed turns on, and whatever Luke is doing the ground must not be steady, because the image is shaking. He looks like he hasn't slept much in the last day, and his sweater is smudged and dirty

But...it's better he went home. H-he's been here a long time.

[There's a quiet hiccup. Since you can't see him, maybe it's ok to cry, even if it's just a little bit.]

[There's something that sounds more like a snuffle now than just sniffing, and though you can't see it Luke scrubs at his eyes.]

At h-home I'm moving away, too. So I won't s-see him anymore if I go home, either.

[He hesitates.]

It's okay, though. G-gentlemen d-don't make a scene, right?

[Luke sniffles. It's getting more obvious that the little snuffling sounds are not from the cold weather.]

[You should've heard him before he got on the network to tell everyone that Layton was gone. There had definitely been some serious crying then. And maybe some yelling.]

Crying won't make him c-come back..

I'm h-home now. Everyone's gone out for the d-day.

[He shrinks back from the communicator, frowning. He hadn't realized that Michelangelo wasn't in Discedo.]
