1. Have you ever been to the emergency room?
Yes,... i only remember 2 times. Once, when i fell off a horse in the 2nd grade and had a huge scab covering the right half of my face (i'm totally not kidding!). And the other was when i had a terrible, terrible migraine in 9th grade.
2. What's the worst pain you've ever had?
CSF leak headache (i can't really call it a post-dural puncture headache...or maybe i can...)
3. If you could choose your doctor, do you prefer someone of the same or opposite sex?
i don't base my doctors on sex... i base them on word-of-mouth/reputation, skill, and personality. :)
4. Do you take vitamins?
yep,...when i remember!
5. Would you prefer to go to the doctor, the dentist or go sky diving?
Go to the doctor. i hate the dentist... and i'm terrified of heights.
