Round 2
I have started and stopped blogging multiple times so I am not going to say I am back nor am I going to shut this down. Let us continue this journey.
Over the course of the many years that this has been neglected, I have respected a lot of athletes in many sports. Hockey is still my favourite. This time of year is amazing due to playoff hockey. It is 100 times better than anything during the regular season. There is so much passion displayed and the skill is unbelievable. I won't go into details of the playoffs but I recommend that you watch it.
Work is pretty standard. I pull hours so I can live. Some days are more unbearable than others but I still do what I can. Today wasn't so bad. I really enjoy the days where I drive around for parts or service. Meeting new people and just enjoy the relaxing drive. Myself, the open road, and some amazing tunes. At times I bring April with me for good company. I only bother her when the drive is really long.
I appreciate all of my friends. I really do. I never take them for granted and the people that know me well know this. I do anything I can for them. I have lost some friends along this journey. Even the ones that I share the tattoo with. Do I regret this tattoo decision? Never. I always see the tattoo and think amazing memories at the time. I would NEVER EVER cover up this memory.
I probably should mention that I have also quit smoking for the umpteenth time. Been smoke free since September 2011. Time to /cheer?
Well, it appears that this hockey game will be going into overtime. I will be going to do a few chores and prepare for tomorrow.
