(no subject)
CADKey is the most evil program EVER! I thought that after ES110L i would never see the program again. It was just useless knowledge that i would soon forget. Lucky i didn't forget too much and i'm hoping the the very old workbook i'm using as a refresher will actually be useful. The reason i'm using CADKey is 1) Dr. Ewing wants to build an IMS this summer and has tasked me to design some parts within it that are necessary for its operations; and 2) it is the only program of it's nature that i am familiar with and have access to. *sigh*
As the summer progresses i seem to be getting sicker. It makes me not happy to be sick. I have stopped sleeping as of late. I lie in bed tossing and turning (something i never do), and hoping that the sandman will come, beat me over the head with his sleep-stick and i will wake up refreshed the next day. But alas, the sandmand has forsaken me and will not visit my bed. Anyone else want to visit my bed *evil grin*.
I went out with MattRat last night. We didn't talk of anything of great importnance (being our relationship and what is happening). Maybe it was a mistake to see him so soon, but i had to know. I needed to find out whether or not i was over him, and after my heart lied to itself most of the night ... i still do. now i must go eat my nuclear pizza and go back to work.
Buffy: Does it ever get easy?
Giles: You mean life?
Buffy: Yeah. Does it get easy?
Giles: What do you want me to say?
Buffy: (looks up at him) Lie to me.
Giles: (considers a moment) Yes, it's terribly simple.The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.
Buffy: Liar.
Season 2, "Lie to me"
