May, sweet May!
May is finally here and with it the Spring has finally arrived for real! the weather's been absolutely GORGEOUS these past few days and more than a few guests and coworkers turned up with a very pink tinge on their face that was caused by sun rather than they being embarrassed! So so lovely - and everyone's mood also skyrockets for the better as soon as this season hits. It's wonderful! ♥
Though, the weather this weekend seems to be getting a bit colder and rainy. Of course. Since me and some friends are planning on having a Hanami at a park near my house to admire the two (!) pink pretty cherry trees that are finally starting to blossom! So so pretty! ♥ But, fear not, in case of rain, I have managed to borrow a party tent from my cousin... so we at least have some protection between eventual rainfalls! Though I'm crossing all my fingers and all my toes for the weather report to brighten up! I am wondering what to cook/bake/produce in form of japanese food and snacks for the hanami, though... hmmm... this requires some thought, and I need to go shopping for ingredients tomorrow! \^_^/
