Deathly Hallows~
In about exactly 24 hours I'll be stepping out from the cinema right about now. I wish i could've attended the midningt showing later tonight but alas, I have to work tomorrow. >_<
I have mixed feelings about this. This is really the end and I... I just... I need to write something because it's been such a huge part of my life. Mostly the books but also the movies - and it's all coming to an end now.

The end of my childhood. The end of an Era.
Thank you, Jo Rowling. For creating magic. For making me believe in magic. Thank you for all these years of anticipation and excitement and overwhelming joy and all those tears and thank you for Hogwarts and for dreams and inspiration. For giving me so many role models. And for creating all those perfectly perfect and extremely flawed characters. For teaching me how mean doesn't necessarily equal evil.
Thank you for all my favorite characters.
Thank you for Harry - kind, loving, perfect, funny, stubborn, snarky, angry and oh-so-very flawed. Perfect in all his imperfections. I wouldn't want him any other way. ♥♥♥
Thank you for Ron - loyal, funny, brave, insecure, pig-headed Ronald Weasley. My favorite ginger. ♥
Thank you for Hermione - smart, strong, brave, know-it-all. What would the books have been without one of the best female characters I've ever known.
Thank you for Draco - mean, bully, prejudiced, cowardly, witty, intelligent, lonely and frightened. For teaching me that all is not necessarily black or white.♥♥♥
Thank you for Snape - mean, flawed, sarcastic, evil, good, light, dark, protective and loving even through death. To me, he is perfect. ♥♥♥
Thank you for Sirius - mean, flawed, crazy, loving, brave, rash, blunt Padfoot. ♥ I cried like never before.
Thank you for Remus - kind, calm, loyal, intelligent and warm hearted and fair. He always had such a special place in my heart. ♥
Thank you for Neville -for being a hero by standing up for himself.
Thank you for Luna - for being strong enough to never change. With or without radishes.
I want to write more but I'm not even sure what else there is to say. The Harry Potter universe - everything from the everyday magic, quiddich, classes, levio-sa to the war to fandom and fanfiction - it has meant so much to me for well over ten years now. It's been a huge part of my life and I'll never forget it and I will never stop reading these wonderful books that I love so dearly.
I will probably remember much more I wanted to say as soon as I post this but... for now, this will do.
