4 day weekend, GET!
Easter is here - the holiday for eating. Easter candy=yummmmm! We had the calmest day in about 5 months at work today. It does get a bit boring, when there's absolutely NOTHING to do. Extreeemely happy that I could leave early (about 2 hours) for once! So nice. ♥
I went to Old Town after work with my friend, and we "accidentaly" went into some stores and I couldn't help it but I bought some new clothes... A pretty dress, and a skirt and a blouse. They're all kind of "bohemian" style; loosefitting, light sheer fabric and earthy colors and much flower prints. I'm really into that style lately!
Oh, and speaking of Style... since it's Easter now, me and some of my workmates dressed up at work today. It was so much fun, and all our guests thought it was great! They were all giving us loads of compliments and laughing with us. XDDD
It's not a very fancy "costume" per say, since we can't really dress however since we work around/with food... but I wore all black, a short black skirt (so short that one of the chefs, in fact, walked straight into a door while he was looking at me... looool!) with a pink bunny tail. Then I drew whiskers and used loads of pink blush on my nose, and then I wore my usamimi from Japan.
It was really so much fun; we succeeded in persuading all the girls at work save one to dress as either easter bunny (though I was the only bunny!) and Easter Witches.
I think Easter Witches is a Swedish (and Finnish?) tradition where young children dress up as witches - complete with scarves, red cheeks, freckles and a broomstick. And then they do something similar to "trick-or-treat".
Okay, enough with the easter. Now I'm off to watch the new Harry Potter DVD! ♥ I finally bought it today, after work! ♥♥♥
