food is life
One of my friends told me once that they don't live to eat, but they eat to live. Sometimes I wish I was the same way, but... food is soooo good! *_*
Here is a couple of photo's of some things I've made at work recently. I've started to bring my camera to work since we've decided to make a sort of internet-folder/pamphlet with new buffet suggestions and things like that. Right now I feel that the three buffet's we've got is veryvery lame, and I've been writing up a few new different suggestions to both improve the current buffet's, and to add several new ones. Ahahaha, you bet our chef's probably wants to kill me sometimes; I think I have too many opinions about everything. I was with them one day a while ago and questioned a gazillion things, when they were doing such a simple thing as sandwiches with cheese and ham. LOL, they probably hate me! ^^;;;;
A landgång, a sort of open-faced sandwich that is very popular at different meetings and things like that. This is a more "luxurious" type, but I also make simpler lunch-styled ones sometimes on a more rough type of bread. ^^

Different kinds of sliced fruit - pear, pineapple, melon, strawberries and kiwi! Garnished with basil leaves. ^^
These are some examples of the pictures we'll put in the folder to show our guests and customers examples of what we can offer them. I look forward to expand our menues more and more. ^^
I finally managed to get my hands on the radio-rips (?) of the yamanote-line song, and the time travel-song from the upcoming Takitsuba-album! I thought the yamanote-song was quite cute, but I liked time travel much more!!! Though I think the Yamanote-PV can turn out to be veeerrrrry cute!!! I wonder if they'll be on the Yamanote-sen?!?!? :D
Though, honestly, I never use Yamanote line much when I'm in Tokyo... It's very handy whenever you're going to the bigger stations or whatever, but I usually think the different subway-lines are quicker...! Probably since I don't really go to the main stations on the Yamanote. I think I mostly use the green Chiyoda-sen; my favorite hotel is right by that line, and when I lived there for 6 months, it was also on the Chiyoda-sen. And, most important - you can easily get to Harajuku with that subway-line. XD
My friend, M-san, went to the D&R-cons in Tokyo, and bought me all the goods, and I can pick them up at the post office tomorrow!! I got home too late today, so the post-office was already closed boo! Ahhhh, I am mostly looking forward to the T-shirt because it's soooooo adorableeee!!
And, also my other friend, came back from Tokyo just the other day, and she was a doll and helped me buy some of the paparazzi-photo's from the yoko-ari conserts I was at! So I will finally get some of those precious hug/wrestling photos! \^____^/ And also some of the Takizawa Kakumei-goods! ^_^ I'm looking forward to see the pamphlet! :33333
Lol, this is getting so long and rambly. I should already be asleep since I need to be up at around 4.20 tomorrow morning and leave for work. ^^V
