Geez guys, I just dreamt I was watching the new season of Doctor Who... you know, the one written by Steven Moffat. And it was kind of awesome, because I was dreaming the episode in bizarrely vivid detail. :D;
The episode was set in the 60s, and centered around this kid who'd disappear if people looked at him. And the Doctor traveled back in time to save him.
At one point I dreamt that the Doctor was pushing the baby-version of the kid along the street in an old-school baby stroller, and some guy across the train tracks was trying to look at the baby, but then the train came and blocked them from view, and the Doctor kept walking faster to get away.
All the people were in black/white while the background was in colour (which was relevant to the plot somehow, as the background wasn't always in colour, and the people weren't meant to be colourless.)
The episode also involved this full-colour kid looking at something off screen and then making faces at the screen. It was glaringly obvious someone off-screen was giving him stage directions on what faces to make, and my dream-self was exasperated at the poor production value at that point.
I think that kid was also controlling chimpanzees or something... :D;;;
And the guy who played Major Nelson in "I Dream of Jeannie" was in the opening shot! And my dream self went "OH MY GOD HE'S IN IT, I WONDER IF JEANNIE IS IN IT TOO?! ...How did they get him to look so young, that guy starred in a series in the 60s...? But AWESOME!"
And the TARDIS was yellow...
And some recent, famous actresses were in it too, in 60s fashionable clothing just walking down the street for an opening shot.
Also, the Doctor turned out to be played by David Tennant, and not the new guy. XD; But they were trying to get Tennant to look like the other guy by giving him horrible hair. haha
All in all, Dream!Moffat, I approve of your directing. XD; It was delightfully bizarre.
**This whole dream probably started by the photo I saw of the new Doctor in his stupid-looking suit with his stupid-looking hair, and thinking how fantastic it was that they made him such a huge dork. XD;
