W-W-WHY IS IT IN VANCOUVER?!?!?!?!
;__; I want to go, and I'm not even an animator. That guy's book is amazing. I own a copy. It's fantastic. It's readable. And it makes sense to my non-animator mind. I... kind of want that DVD set too... AND I WANT TO SEE THE DUDE. I want to hear him speak. It's gotta be amazing, if his book is anything to go by. Forget Neil Gaiman, this is the guy I want to talk to, and get my book signed by... Man...
Damn, today has been a day of animation-related DVD discoveries, considering I'm downloading a series of human-anatomy drawing DVDs right now. hah Take that crappy Fine Arts university program that doesn't think technical skill is so important that it should be taught all the way through the four-year-program. Take THAT.
I'll get those expressive drawing skills with proper anatomy drawing without being enslaved by reference images yet! HA!
But I still can't go to see Richard Williams. :(
