watching the clock
so i have to get my mothers day card out in the mail!!! like today. afterwork trip to post office is GOIN to happen!!! i've only put it off for a week now. lol
i have been recruited/asked by karyne to help with her mother's day projects. shes goin to send cross-stitcked home-made cards to her mom, matts (her boyfriends) and her older sis (who has 2 small kids now). she had 2 started and didnt even open the 3rd, she asked/offered if i wanted to help, it'd be something to do. i haven x-stitched since the move so i was like sure. so she handed me the not opened one and told me to go nuts but leave the lettering off of it (which is all backstitching anyways). there's a lot of half sticks on the one she handed me. so we basicaaly x-stitched all weekend and watched a few movies while doin it. lol. i even texted kim to get her to join us on the other end of the country she said she would when she got home but she never text anything back to confirm she did. ah well, some other time i'm sure.
it feels good to x-stitch again.
