Rapier forum?

Build this page this morning since I'm missing the active rapier forum. There was a lot of talk about recreating it- so I decided just to do it.
Let me know what you guys think. Changes? Good Idea? Bad?
Edit: Ok, so far I only heard good replies. If you like it, test it out, post, reply, let's get it started before we roll it out to the masses. ;-)
