At the end of the world is an ice cream van
We know because we've been there
A lonely auto with a squeaky wheel
We know because we've seen it
We've been to the end of the world
Now we only have to make it back
Hand in hand we look back
Away from the shiny van
To the rest of the far off world
We know because we've been there
We know of the joy and sadness in it
Turning in a cycle as a wheel
We have not a wheel
To bring us back
No other way to see it
The only life the man in the van
What other way is there
We are alone in this world
Cold place, cold world
Spinning slowly, an endless wheel
What other way is there
No way to go back
Merely a lone ice cream van
To hear our pleas for an exit
Our desperate exploit
In a cruel and warped world
A journey to the ice cream van
At the edge of this wheel
Where there is no way back
What other way is there?
Feel what is not there
Fight the endless dispirit
We will make it back
Back to our twisted world
We will turn the wheel
And leave this ice cream van
Where there is an ice cream van
There is a termite who will inhabit the wheel
And try to come back to our world
Help us get back to the world
