Run, run, run for your lives!
So after about a month of summer break....
I finally realized I have time to catch up on One Piece. :| So I am. Mind, I was pretty far behind. I'm currently reading chapter 541. I've got 5 more chapters to go through and that's daunting on dialup. D:
I'm gonna try to keep from saying anything about the events until I'm done catching up. Unless, you know, something fsking AMAZING happens. *bounces*
In similar news, I'm finding Inazuma to be more and more awesome as I continue. He's now on the list of potential costumes. Other people I'm mulling over cosplaying: Yosaku (possibly with Charli as my Johnny) and random Marine. I dunno, I just like their uniforms. And I think it'd be a pretty fun costume to do. "P-PIRATES!! Y-YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!!" I'd consider the Impel Down uniform but they're not as easily recognizable, even if they're way more awesome.
I do have one thing to say about 541 though: The splash page got me thinking. It's where Vivi is in the kitchen with Terra Cotta, looking poised to gut a fish. It spurred the thought, "Aww. Vivi'll make a lovely housewife some day." Which led to this scene:
*Kohza lounging on a sofa, picking his nose* "And Kohza will make a wonderful husband!!"
Kohza: *buuuurrreep* :|
Vivi: Oh, Kohza~ ilu~~
Cobra: YOU'RE NOT MARRYING ANY DAUGHTER OF MINE! D8<
Kohza: .......*frrrrt* wut?
