The
single most incomprehensible review of Brokeback Mountain I've ever read.
Seriously, folks: worth a look. Even I, who spend a frighteningly large percentage of my time reading the ravings of Town Hall columnists, can't begin to figure out what this guy's point is.

Oh my GOD...
I think his point is something along the lines of "People shouldn't be mean to gay people, so I liked the movie, except gay people don't really exist except as psychiatric patients, so I didn't like the movie, except we still shouldn't be mean to gay people, so I liked the movie, except God can cure gay people, so I didn't like the movie, and by the way, I have a really big mountain."
This is priceless. I'm reposting, I hope you don't mind.

Ha ha, MAAAAN.
Also, yeah...at the end there, is he suggesting that you tell your dick how powerful God is?

My favorite bit is this particularly ham-fisted piece of proselytizing:
"But if God really is who he says he is..."
That's like the Pope stopping in the middle of a speech about Jesus and saying: "That's assuming, of course, that this isn't all bullshit..."
