It's worth noting that a "Don't Be That Guy" ad campaign in Vancouver appears to have cut sexual assault by 10%. I have seen first-person accounts by guys saying "But then I thought about that "consent" stuff my friend was always talking about, and I figured, maybe I should wait till she woke up." Yes there are real predators who do it on purpose; but it seems like some of the problem can be addressed by explaining to guys who didn't mean to be predators that what they're doing is not okay.
