this.Lucy sat back in her seat, grinning as she looked at the blinking cursor on the computer screen. She took a drink of her coffee and looked casually out the window into the dark street. The faint lights of the Plaza hotel reflected off the damp cement sidewalk and she stared at it for a moment, thinking about the conversation she'd

So after long five minutes Bart stops just short of the shop, walking up to the door and opening it, a grin spreading on his face as he sees the girl, "Lucy?" He asks, not waiting for confirmation before doing half a bow, "Ready for some fun, senorita?"

Pushing her hair back behind her ear, she smiled and nodded as she took a few mental notes about him. "I am most definitely ready for fun." She moved toward him and tilted her head to the side. "There's a club a few blocks from here. We could try that out first. I am so ready to do something fun. Kansas has got to be one of the most boring places on the planet."

He motions for her to step ahead before walking up to her side, "What is such a beautiful girl like yourself doing here alone anyway?"

Laughing, she looked ahead as she walked and shrugged a shoulder. "I just moved here, and I'm staying with her. She's driving me insane." Smiling impishly, she arched an eyebrow and looked over at him. "She tends to think I get myself into trouble."
"What about you, El Bart?" Glancing down, she moved to dodge a small puddle, then looked back up at him with a grin. "What's your story?"

He clears his throat, shrugging and raising an eyebrow, forcing himself to look serious, "I'm just in town for business."

Her cell phone rang suddenly and she rolled her eyes and turned it off without looking at the screen. "Sorry. My sister thinks I need to be checked up on constantly, and our cousin, Chloe, isn't any better." Looking ahead, she pointed at a club across the street. "I think that's it."

Bart watches her handle her cellphone then grins, stopping, "You really must be trouble then. I like it." He winks at her before turning to look at the club, pausing and frowning a little, awkwardly, "You have ID, right?"

Arching an eyebrow, she grinned and nodded, reaching into her purse and pulling out a pale brown leather wallet. She opened up a zipped compartment and pulled out several driver's licenses, looking through them before selecting one with a decisive smile. "Apparently, I'm Susan Davis of Nebraska, tonight."
She showed him the license and bit her lip, tilting her head to the side. "What about you? You can't be any older than me."

"Wally West, he's my cousin," holds it up to his face and makes the same face as Wally's "pretty close, huh?"

She saw no need to mention the fact that she planned on conning said 'millionaire hotshot guy' the first chance she got.

But his face falls into a frown a couple of seconds later, "Wait, wait, wait, you're not friends with Luthor, are you?" He sneers a little at the mention of the name. Bastard still owed him for the last time.

She paused for a moment and bit her lip, worried she'd said too much and he'd think she was total scum. "Look...if you don't want to go with me now, I get it. I know that's kind of...yeah."

He raises one eyebrow and offers his arm to her, still grinning "I'll buy you a drink for it. You are the coolest chick ever."

Curiosity piqued her interest and she couldn't help but ask, "So, I already know why I'm not fond of him...why don't you like him?"

Bart pretends to check on the traffic before they start to the other side of the street, not something he usually does, but he rather not get the others pissed at anything.
He tries to shrug nonchalantly at her question, "No big deal, Luthor just put his big shiny head into things that weren't any of his business but I took care of it."

As she stepped up on the curb, she smiled over at him. "But, that's enough about him. I want to have fun tonight, not waste time talking about him." She released his arm, but grabbed ahold of his hand. "Come on. I want to see if you're as good at dancing as you are at surprising me."
