a new woman.
It's SO nice not to drink! I haven't had anything since Superbowl. And since then, I've worked out every day, I've painted my living room, rearranged my mantle, and cooked a lot. I feel great. Syd and I went jogging yesterday together and we just got back from a family walk (I jogged). After all, how will I be in the best shape of my life at 40 if I drink like a fish?
This weekend we saw two movies at the theater. Holy crap, movies are now $10.00!! that is insane. Anyway, we saw Cloverfield (AWESOME!!!!!!) and I saw Juno by myself yesterday, which I adored.
Today we are hanging at the house, possibly working on taxes, and I might venture to paint the playroom!
I will post my mantle pics when I download the pics off the camera. Oh yeah, speaking of photography....I entered two silent auctions in the neighborhood schools. I can't wait to see who won. I offered free sitting fee and 1 5 x 7. I just recently FINALLY got a Gary Fong flash diffuser and a backdrop stand. I have no excuses of not doing portraiture now. I took some cute ones of Stella yesterday:
