Communauto screwed up for the third month in a row, and billed me a full-fare pass for November, instead of reduced fare pass. After 20 minutes on the phone with the supervisor, they've agreed to exchange it (AGAIN) for the reduced fare pass if I come in to the office in person again, credit my account the $30 fee. They claim that I have never given them a copy of my OPUS student ID card - I faxed it to them in August, and went down in person in October to give them a second copy when they claimed that they never got the first one.

They've agreed to wave the cancellation fees for me since they have breached their own contract three months in a row. Get your shit together man, if I had that many fuckups in my job, I'd get canned! Maybe I should just go work for Communauto and be an incompetent boob...

Hmmm and they still have something on their website from the 2007 elections that I wrote, even though I have asked them to take it down - because I do NOT want to be publicly associated with their campaign.
