oh my gosh that was so fun!
so, nafs and placidia are gone after our weekend of awesome fun, and I am sad. but the weekend was so fun! we watched videos and went out for dinner on Saturday, and I managed to introduce both of them to the awesome that is "Human Target," and then on Sunday we literally spent the entire afternoon playing Beatles Rock Band. we played on random for a while, and then got through the entire story level, and we were getting good at the end! (okay, on easy level, but considering that neither of them had played before and I suck, we did good! :D) it was just so fun, I love that game like burning. I am so getting the other RB games. we are having Rock Band weekend once a month for sure!
Fiona left last night, and today Elaine and I stayed in and watched videos and the Olympics before she headed out this afternoon. then I lay down for a wee nap and stayed passed out halfway through tonight's "Human Target." :( yay for time-shifting, though, so I can catch the rest at 11.
and I totally did not cry watching the medal ceremony tonight. shut up.
