today was the day
when people called at the last minute needing a ride to the airport (seriously? you seriously did not know until two hours before your flight that you had no way to get to the airport?), so I spent all day driving. still, my last airport run was ferrying a rather brilliant Maori man with the most awesome tattoos and that delicious accent, so I am not unhappy about my day. one of these days I will go to Aoteroa, I will, I will. plus, this week I learned a haka! so cool. I love Maoris. :)
now I am on vacation! woot woot! tomorrow I sleep and sleep and sleep, Sunday I go to Toronto and check into my hotel for more sleeping and some room service which will include cake BECAUSE IT IS MY BIRTHDAY! Monday and Tuesday, I have no plans, but I'm sure I will figure out some awesome things to do in Toronto. I am thinking movies and maybe a bit of shopping. perhaps I will finally find the mythical Barbie Store.
perhaps I will simply sleep and sleep and sleep in a bed I am not required to make. I call that win.
