the most exciting evening ever!
Bang and I were going to do something tonight but after dinner he just kinda fell asleep. I think it was the allergy pill from Candice. hahaha! He was awake and watching Children of the Corn with me and then he was done. He walked himself over to his chair and slept.
I put dinner away, made juice and then played way to much Settlers of Catan on Bang's 360. It's most wonderful! I've got all sorts of strategies and what not. I plan and make my move and swear at the screen when people take my cards and block my resources. Bastards!
I'm going out Saturday night with Emily and probably sleeping most of Sunday. Don't know what to wear to the Club/bar Saturday. Don't know if I own any nice shoes that I could dance in. hmmmm will have to check.
the new girl at work started this week. She's nice and really eager to learn. And, she learns really fast. I fear that by next week neither of us will have anything to do as there wasn't much for just me last month. In the financial world, things slow down in the summer. People just don't want to think about saving/managing anything. Oh well, I'll tell her all I know and then leave. It's totally weird to think that she's there to replace me. I knew it would happen but still, I"m replaceable??? I suppose everyone is but it's just odd telling a girl that when I"m gone you can have all of my files and cheat notes and document tracking sheets. And, i'll have till mid August to teach her stuff. Every day we think of new things that I know but forgot. it's just strange. oh well, soon my thoughts will be of moving and getting more long underwear and not about a monthly report ! :)
