House: Gryffindor; she was sorted into Gryffindor partly because she's a Weasley and because she has immense loyalty to her family and her friends, and would do anything to protect them.
Year: 7th
Pets: an owl she fondly named Isiah

Eyesight: Perfect; the only time she would wear glasses is if she really wanted to

Left/Right/Ambi: Right, but wishes she could write with her left hand as well.
Disabilities/Handicaps: No.
Physical Health: She's pretty healthy, with a few seasonal allergies.

Phobias/Fears: Failing, letting her family down, not coming through in a crisis, spiders
Mental Health: Pretty good.
Personality: Lucy does not have the fierceness Molly holds, but she can hold her own. She sticks to her instincts, and is very stubborn, especially when admitting if she was wrong or not. She's very sociable, finding solace in a fairly large, happy crowd. She doesn't like to show her emotions in public, feeling that they should really be left to be shown in privacy because they'll affect other people. Her family is the most important thing to her - her family and the entire extended family - and would die before letting anything happen to them, as is the Weasley trait.

Parents: Percy Ignatius and Audrey Melanie Weasley
Sibling(s): Molly Weasley, the bane of her existence, GOD.
Nationalities: British
Family History: Percy and Audrey met while they worked at the Ministry. They flirted for a while, and FINALLY got their act together and dated and got married. The firstborn was Lucy, followed by Molly. The household is strict, mainly because of Percy, but Audrey lets a few things go now and then.
Appearance:
Eyes: Brown, like her mother's
Hair: Dark brown. She dyed her hair blonde and it stayed that way for most of last year (when she was going through her "I-wanna-have-hair-like-Victoire" phase).
Build: Slim.
Defining Marks: None, and if she does, it's not like she'll tell you.
Manner of Speech: She doesn't speak slow or fast, so, in between. Lucy does tend to ramble when she's excited.
Manner of Movement: Normal. When there's something important, she walks briskly, otherwise, she doesn't clunk or clack, but walks with small sounding steps.
PB: Emily Blunt
Academics: Lucy doesn't necessarily want to be top of her class, but she does want to do extremely well on her NEWTs. Overall, she's okay in her classes, but despises and is horrible in Potions. She doesn't really like Astronomy, because she's always always late for that class and she doesn't exactly understand it from time to time. Another fun little fact; her favorite subject is History of Magic because she finds history fascinating.

Past Relationships: Patrik O'Connor has been her most serious relationship, but she has had past relationships that aren't deemed "serious".
What does your character wish to accomplish this school year? She wants to figure out what to do with her life after she graduates. There's really not a career that she says, "I want to be that." She likes art and she likes music and helping people, but isn't sure if she wants to do something related to that. They're more of hobbies to her, except maybe the helping people thing.
She also wants to ace her NEWTs, maybe get into a good relationship, and impress her parents (even more).
Other facts: She would love to travel to France or some foreign countries. In fact, Lucy has always wanted to tag along with her French cousins when they went to France, but Audrey wouldn't let her until she graduated.
She may also seem like a "boy chaser" (or at least that's what Molly is convinced she is), but she vehemently denies this (even though Cain Carmichael, Chris Archer, and Rodney Brick have all kissed her).
