(no subject)
So...as most of you know, Dusty and I are slightly nerdy when it comes to computers. Well tonight was a monumental night for us. We had our first computer fire. That is right, Dusty managed to set a hard drive on fire. It could have been because he removed it from its case. It also could have been because he mounted the computer to a desk. And it also could have been that he was using a screw driver to turn the machine on and off. At any rate, he set the hard disk on fire with me only feet away. Of course we both remarked at out how it could have been worse. For instance, the hard drive could have spun off of its axis at 7200 rpms which would have sent it soring through the air to possibly insert itself into one of our front temporal lobes. Thank heavens that didn't happen because somebody could have died. And thankfully the hard drive caught fire while Dusty was working on it, and therefore didn't burn our apartment to the ground. Praise God for that!
By the way. The Crowe site is finally up. It is not fully functional yet, but should soon be. By soon I mean, if my professor gives me a break and I get the chance to upload it.
