Stuff that I don't have (yet)
1) The family is finally switching to Verizon, and I finally decided which phone I want
It has lots of toys, it was free, and I'm getting a Bluetooth headset to go with it. I hope I can do fun things with my PDA, since it has Bluetooth, too. So, if you're on Verizon, I'll be able to call you for free soon, and I have 250 text/picture messages a month this time around :) We ordered them online (for the free activation, of course), so they should be here in a few days.
2) It took about 2.5 hours at the optometrist's office, but I finally picked out a new pair of glasses. I'm going for the "I swear I'm not 17, I'm actually training to be a professional, and PS, I live in the city" look. They look something like these:
While I have yet to accomplish anything academically this weekend, I will have something to show by the end of the week. Besides, I don't feel like I learned much in our "Intro to Metabolism and Genetics" day Friday...not to mention, there's always tomorrow (I sound like Scarlet O'Hara).
