Well I think you definitely succeeded in filling the brief there Lucy! I couldn't stop reading that... I'm desperate to know where it goes now!! O_o The setting was brilliant- I could see it, smell it, taste it. You are very skilled lady!
Yes, please -- I want to know where this goes!! The tone implies that the narrator is recalling this in some way, so there has to be more to the story! :D
