I'm on lunch at work, and the day is pretty nice. I love working holidays.
My band of crazy shepherds will so attack on command soon. Very soon. Schatzi kind of does it. Lucy would rather bark at me for not petting her. Duke is, well, not controlled by his dad so we're working from stage one.
Kat was here. It was awesome.
This weekend was awesome too. After making tons of sushi for Brett's birthday on Friday we went to Bumbershoot on Saturday. We saw Chuck Palahniuk speak and he threw mini bottles of alcohol and fake severed limbs to the crowd.
"If somebody that caught one of those is under age, you've just broken a law." Then he sipped some water.
Then we went and watched lots of roller derby because Joanna (girlfriend of Simon) is a Rat City Rollergirl. They demolished everybody but Texas.
Then we saw AFI and I almost died because it was amazing and I still haven't quite recovered and I'm only a little upset that they only played two old songs.
Yeah.
They played all December Underground and Sing The Sorrow save for God Called In Sick Today and Total Immortal. And I was drunk. (drank all throughout rollerderby) So everything was ten times better.
Gotta finish food go back to work.
