So...
I'm going to make tasty, tasty dinner for Valentine's day. There will be oysters on the half shell fresh from the Pike Place Market, homemade and from scratch pear gorgonzola pizza, pasta with spinach in a white sauce, a beautiful salad with homemade croutons, and cheesey garlic bread.
Dessert will be purchased because I do not make both dinner and dessert from scratch. It just...takes too much time.
Last night, I made salmon that a co-worker brought in all free-like. Since half of the people I work with are vegan or vegetarian, I took a big salmon fillet and a nice big piece of smoked salmon. I love Alex's dog and free salmon.
I'm hungry.
