I just had a whole bunch of fun sorting through the remaining crap of a snobby sloppy girl. She's one of those neat and prissy Asian girls, but she left the nastiest apartment behind her. Honestly, I would not store food in that fridge. I would not bathe in that tub. I would not walk on those floors.
I pick up poop all day, and the smell in the freezer made me cough and back away.
I think we're going to have to go clean when we get home.
SO! I got a clock, some nifty bowls, a random spoon, some interesting holders, Indonesian money, locks and keys (because it's a weird thing I love), a hair holder, lots of pens, and two washed and febreezed pillows! YAY!
Tuesday is the dumbest day at work. Ever. Manager's meeting...grumble, grumble, grumble.
And I'm getting really used to/sick of getting up at 5:30 in the morning.
And, without further delay, I shall tell you the tale of Schatzi Shure.
She is a crazy, crazy dog. She has ancient parents. When the Shures arrive at Metro Dog, they honk their horn; we have to go get Schatzi and bring her in. We also must put her in the car-- after some honking-- when they come at the end of the day. Inconvenient AND annoying. These people also have a wolf hybrid! Sadly, I cannot meet this dog because wolf hybrids are not welcome at daycares, but I'm sure (not shure) that the dog is too much to handle for people who can't even walk up a ramp. Yes! We have a ramp! They don't even have to face stairs!
So Mr. Shure calls today and wants to schedule boarding. But he doesn't want to fill out a boarding card/liability waiver. He doesn't think he should have to come in at all. Ever. Did I mention that Schatzi's boarding right now? She staying the night at Metro Dog despite them being in town. They suck. Hard. People like them should not get to own dogs. And she's really sweet, and I feel so bad for her.
Oh, and I saved the best for last. They train her with a wooden spoon. They don't hit her; they hit the spoon on the side of the bed as a command for "No. Don't get on the bed."
