I'm creating a "challenge" for myself to keep up the motivation to lose weight in the 6 months leading up to the wedding. This post is just an easy place for me to keep track of the progress. And I didn't even count today as Day 1 for the 30 Day Shred. I watched it and went through a few motions, but I think I'll call tomorrow officially Day 1.
