Just got back from my first class (Humanities 228), and I already love it. This class covers the modern ideas and literary/artistic work of the 20th century. It starts out with Marx, Darwin, and Nietzsche, and ends with Kerouac and the Sex Pistols. In between we will be discussing different genres of art, such as Dada, Surrealism, and Constructivism. This is like, my dream class come true. Not to mention the professor is kind of cute in that geeky, mid thirties sort of way lol.
Next class is Art 152, then I am done for the day. Woot.
Tomorrow is CMS 100, EDF 319, ENG 302, and ART 100. Lonnnggg day. :P
