Optomistic (well, a bit)
So glad that 2007 is behind me ~ and hopeful for 2008.
I'm really enjoying volunteering at the shelter....and a co-worker is getting me involved in the Democratic Caucus here in Washington. It's interesting and something I never thought I'd do, but I'm very inspired by Obama.
My 1st mortgage company seems to be willing to work with me on a loan mod, my contact says he's waiting for the apprasial to come in to crunch numbers. So I hope to hear something soon about that ~ whew !
I'm really liking being back at King County Elections, my commute is 6 minutes !
I really like my boss and the gals I work with too. The new office building is incredible.
So things seem to finally be bouncing back after going to a pretty low point.
I'm hopeful but cautious, which is better than my mindset in the recent months....
