That was great. Am I missing something here, is this from a stage play currently running in a theater near you, or is it from a movie, or TV show? But, his performance was stunning. I know that I would like to see more of him .
Unfortunately here in Italy we don't have musicals ;_; (justa few). I think it's this:
From May 7 to May 10, 2008, the New York Philharmonic presented five semi-staged concerts of Camelot directed by Lonny Price and produced by Thomas Z. Shepard. The cast starred Gabriel Byrne as King Arthur, Marin Mazzie as Guenevere, and opera singer Nathan Gunn as Lancelot. It also featured Christopher Lloyd as Pellinore, Marc Kudisch as Lionel, Bobby Steggert as Mordred, Will Swenson as Sagramore, Christopher Seiber as Dinadan and Fran Drescher as Morgan le Fey. The May 8 performance was broadcast nationally on Live from Lincoln Center on PBS.
I shall be on the alert for Camelot the next time it appears on a TV schedule. Because this performance has just whet my appetite for more of the same. So, you're in Italy, a lovely country. Vacationed there for 2 weeks several years ago. Enjoyed it immensely. And ate my way through all the bus stops.
<3 I continue watching it XD all day. There are also some other vids with him in the channel of this user. There's the part where he finds Lancelot and Guinevere together. But he doesn't sing : (
I'm glad you liked it : D and bus stop... uhnn Italian public transport are terrible XD
I took a guided bus tour of Italy. Visited Rome, Florence, Capri, etc. When the bus stopped for lunch at different places, they served such good meals, the food was always excellent. Florence was one of my favorite cities, so much lovely and ancient architecture to see, but I really loved it all. Pompeii with all the relics was a sight I will never forget. The whole trip was a joy. I really felt at home in Italy, for some reason it reminded me a lot of where I live, in San Francisco, Ca. Lots of hills and scenery to watch, good food, and interesting things to do. Gosh, this makes me feel nostalgic. Nice talking to you.
Italian food... this i a cliché I find extremely true X3 Florence is a wonderful city and I fell in love with all the Toscana actually, it's quite different from where I live (Verona and Padua) because it has more nature, more green and elegance. Oh my, I loved Pompeii : D! But I never managed to visit Capri and Rome (but everyone tells me they are wonderful places).
