My list of "arthurian to read" is getting shorter. These are the novels I'm missing.
01. Arthur Rex (THOMAS BERGER) 02. The Pendragon (CATHERINE CHRISTIAN) 03. The Squire's Quest (GERALD MORRIS) 04. The Broken Sword (COCHRAN MOLLY e WARREN MURPHY) 05. The Third Magic (COCHRAN MOLLY) 06. Firelord (PARKE GODWIN) 07. Doom of Camelot (JAMES LOWDER) 08. The legend of the king (GERALD MORRIS) 09. The Lioness and her Knight (GERALD MORRIS) 10. The Quest of the Fair Unknown (GERALD MORRIS) 11. The Bloody Cup (HUME) 12. Warrior of the West (HUME) 13. Parsifal's Page (GERALD MORRIS) 14. Mordred's curse (IAN MCDOWELL) 15. The Book of Mordred (VIVIAN VALDE) 16. Camelot's Blood (SARAH ZETTEL) (I accept RECS!)
During this December and January I read The Ballad of sir Dinadan and The Princess, the Crone and the Dung-cart Knight (G. Morris). I loved them also if I preferred the first one. Gerald Morris writes a superb Kay, a wonderful Bedivere and a delicious Lancelot. I never thought I could actually like Lancelot. I also read The Road to Avalon (Joan Wolf) and I have to heartly thanks babydracky for recommending it to me. It was fabulous. A wonderful Morgan, a rational Guinevere and an innovative Mordred. I also loved the twist about Agravain and his love interest and the good-and-sweet-mother Morgause. Arthur actually scared me but he was a complicated and interesting character. Now I'm reading the series of Hohlbein Heike and Hohlbein Wolfgang. It's interesting and it is better than other books I read but it has something wrong. I can't fel the love between Lancelot and Guinevere and I only can feel all the hate and the irritations of the character. And one of the worst Mordred ever.
Did I mention that I watched the movie Sword and Lancelot. One of the hottest Mordred EVER! (good G*d, I am a fangirl). And now Icons from Camelot Starz (the pics are from the first look and the first trailer and I used the screencaps taken by lancelotfan) and Sword of Lancelot.
