While not a snarky commentary on the local weather, it most certainly could be. No, the Moisture Festival is real, it happens once a year, and that once a year is almost now. I'll be volunteering on security detail the 24th-26th, probably more days than that if my carny friends have any say about it, and it'd be swell if local folks came out and said howdy. (Or volunteer yourself, and get free beer and admission.)
