Been Awhile
I know it has been almost a month since I have been on here. I have been so busy!
I don't work at the animal hospital anymore. November 30th was my last
day! I am very sad because I enjoyed working there with all the animals
and the people there are so great. The only thing I won't miss is
driving 40 miles a day! The only thing that sucks, I made a new friend
and she lives right next door to the animal hospital in these
apartments. That's okay though cuz I won't be hanging out with anyone
but only on Saturday nights and Sunday days. Other days I will be
working by butt off at the Chicken Shack! So, I have some bad news
folks.... My Unlce Dino passed away on December 1st. He was like a
brother to me. I found out Thursday night that he might of had a heart
attack in the bank. He didn't suffer and now he is with our family who
has passed. I got to go to Florida and see my family that I haven't
seen in 2 years! It was so good to see everyone. I just wish is wasn't
under those terms but that's okay. I went and picked up my sister and
her baby on Friday and then we drove down to Panama City, FL on
Saturday. We got to my Aunt's house and chatted for a while and then
went to my Uncle Kirk's house. He lived with my Uncle Dino. We went
through all of Unlce Dino's stuff and everyone took a little but of
everything. Then we went and had dinner with my mom and step dad. Good
eating it was! Aunt Lena's husband Steve got us a hotel room at this
Resort that he works at for free. Really nice place! On Sunday, Aunt
Lena brought her babies, Alyssa and Ethan to the hotel and we all went
and played putt putt, played at the playground on the beach, drank pina
colodas on the beach, went swimming in an indoor heated pool, and ate
good again. We had such a great time! I got to see all of my family and
my best friend that I grew up with! I haven't sent Betsy in forever and
now I am happy that we are back in touch. I don't think we should have
never lost touch in the first place. I guess shit happens. Well, now I
am back in Raleigh, back to reality, and still a bit shocked about the
whole ordeal but I think everything will be just fine. He will be
watching over us now and I don't have to worry about him anymore
because I know that he is safe with Grandma, Granny, and Unlce Kevin!
