I never update this thing anymore, and that's a damn shame.
There might be something more important than this, but right now this is the only thing that comes to mind:
My Gators are playing for a national championship tonight. And not only that, but they're trying to make history--as much as this can ever really be history--and I'm so, so proud of them.
Chris Leak promised this. He deserves this.
And he might just get it.
But even if he doesn't, even if they don't, they'll still give it a great effort, and they're still my team.
I've got a feeling, but a feeling can only take you so far.

Also, the second semester starts tomorrow, and I'm finally, finally on the downslide to the end of the year. Of course, the FCAT writing test is in about three weeks, and the FCAT reading test is a month after that, so that's going to be tough--but I've made it this far, so I can take the kids through some tests and into the end of the year.
I hope, anyway.
(Oh, and the icon? I know it's the wrong sport, but it's still a championship moment, right?)
