YAY! CONCERT!
Yesterday was the Maroon 5 John Mayer concert @ Blossom. It was soooo awesome! I mean it was like the happiest day of my life. I feel like right before the concert I was in sorta a bad mood and I have no idea why (sorry Carly and Meghan!). I just needed to get into it. Yeah We screamed or sang the whole time! We really annoyed this guy in fron of us who was with his girlfriend. But he annoyed us because he forgot to take the "M" (for medium) sticker off his collar. There were these cool guys there thought that came together (we think). They were the coolest. They knew all of the Maroon 5 songs and pretty much all of the John Mayer ones. There were these people sitting beside them and they were just sitting and so one of the guys goes "What are you doing?! Sleeping? THIS IS GREAT!" So yeah maybe they were gay. But I was thinking if I went to a cncert with a guy it wouldn't be any fun if they jsut stood/sat there. I like guys who can express themselves and not be afraid of what people might be thinking. Because you know at first we were like "They are probably gay..." But later that turned into "THEY ARE SO AWESOME!!" One of them was very cute by the way. Yeah at the end the cute one gave us high fives. It was sooo cuuuelll. "The Maroon 5 part was cool."- A profound Meghan quote. The concert was definately more than I expected it to be. Adam was so hot and awesome. I love his enthusiasm(it's hot). Like he was telling us that he was goign to play a song not on their CD so he says "This isn't on our CD, so go ahead and download this shit." That was funny.You really learn to appreciate the music more when you actually see it being played. I must say I have a much greater appreciation for John Mayer now. He was awesome. John's (lol) awesome at the guitar too. Like when he played "Your Body is a Wonderland" and "No Such Thing" he got the whole crowd going. It's amazing what a man with a funny face (LOL MEGHAN) and a guitar can do to a crowd. Yeah and I guess DJ Logic was cool toojustkidding. Yeah no one listened to him. All in all it was a great day. Me and Meghan got Maroon 5 t-shirts and Carly got this awesome M5 keychain. I screamed so much that I can barely talk. It really hurts-a good hurt though. Now I know for certain that Maroon 5 is not just a lead singer with a pretty face-and some other guys. They were amazing and really into it..errr except Mickey (lol!). I guess it just takes a lot for him to get excited. I bet if we were in the front row and were screaming GO MICKEY (we were anyway) he'd have gotten into it. A long entry, but I guess one of the best days of my life deserves it. This was my first Maroon 5 concert, but it's definately not going to be my last. Pinky swear.
