school officially started last thurs. but this semeseter i have a pretty sweet 3 day schedule goin on so i go mon, tues, and wed. i started back this tuesday... Tuesday was colonial latin america in this claustrophobic room in the fine arts building. the class is so packed and there's no windows..but the teacher seems cool. Wednesday i had 3 classes: the black woman, intro to world music, and african american history I. I thought i'd have a not so hard course load but i have sooo much reading for all my classes...most of my classes have presentations so as usual im nervous, but we'll see. I still have one more class to go to for my practicum but that only meets like 6 times in the semester...yeah im nervous about that too. I have this one boy in like all my classes..i should probly say hello one of these days.
I finally made it up the mts this summer for labor day weekend! Me, chris, and danielle went up friday night. We headed over the pavillion for a bit and there was a lil cookout/beer pong/ping pong goin on...johnny was deep frying chicken and fries and things haha. Saturday night lauren and matt came up, shes gettin so big..only a few more weeks til little seamus is born! there was another cookout night on saturday. Sunday we watched the boys play football and that night i was feeling pretty sick again. I cant shake this sore throat thing...i'm just scared i'll have to get my tonsils out. anyways it was a real nice weekend, good to see everyone again and im happy it was great weather for the weekend. ohhh yeah so sunday i watched an episode of law and order svu and they had DJ the gardener who was in a few episodes of the oc in season 2. he looked really hot..its weird he didnt look so hot on the oc.
haha i dunno..i need to get out of this funk mode, just feeling really down lately..hope something good can happen for me. I'm so happy the oc is back tonight but then again i get to thinkin me and keith always watched the oc and it makes me kinda sad..ha sorry i've just been a little "emo" lately.
hmm what else..i've been really trying to get myself organized lately and so far so good...im gonna try and put together a budget for myself..and keep track of what im buying. it just sucks that school books cost me close to 400 bucks yikes...makes me think i should be workin right now, but i just need a day for myself.
