children of the corn
hmmm so last friday i went to see the midsummer with julieanne and brittany. it was so funny with the play inside the play. then me and julie took kyle for a ride on the elevator(it wasnt like that...he's scared of the dark and we turn off the lights...god nevermind). then on saturday me and julie went to go see wizard of oz at mt. vernon bc our friend was in it. while julie was over here i showed her the guy in my neighborhood that looks like the red-headed kid from children of the corn. then we went to the play and one of our friend's role was corn and we laughed the whole time. and i would just like to say that it really wasnt that good. and i have numerous complaints.
*ahem* the techies were crappy with the lighting, instead of water to melt the witch they used blue tissue paper, and i just dont think it's politically correct to have the overweight girls be the trees
but of course my friend was awesome. i wish my choir teacher would stop embarrassing me. she's like "laura you have a contagious smile but we rarely see it." maybe bc i hate half of the songs we do and i dont want to be happy during them. geez.
