Wild Beast (aka Belve feroci) - I'm just gonna trust the plot summary from imdb here: The water supply for a large city zoo becomes contaminated with PCP, and the animals go crazy and get loose. Whoa, thanks for the link! Makes me think I should read the novel. Being set in the 30's, end of Weimar/start of Depression, would be a good start towards improving the plot.
