Icon Tutorial #9 -Clipping Masks, Scanlines, Big Borders

This was a tutorial request from therapy. This is also my favorite icon out of this bunch so I was a bit hesitant to share but I decided why not. :D As a note, I did not save the .psd so I will try my best to get it as close to the icon as possible :)

I'm not a fan of Mandy's at all but she looks better brunette and less cliche. Better actress too and I saw you did the other one so thanks very much for that too. :)

You're welcome :) I think she's a better actress too. I like her for some reason. I think she is so much more gorgeous as a brunette too. She looked too industry for me as a blonde. She gets more acting jobs too as a brunette. :)
