Happy St. Patty's Day
Wow, so I'm back up to speed with updating... for now..
First, HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY EVERYONE! I'm not Irish, but I try to make it fun anyways (and yes, I'm wearing green!)
I finally got a call from the person doing the hiring for the Cerulean Warbler field tech position in West Virginia. The 23 min interview went pretty well, but it's always difficult to answer those "name 1 of your strengths and weaknesses" questions. She also asked me what I like to do on my free time... what free time?? Not only that, but I don't think she wanted to hear me say get wasted with my 3rd Floor girls!!! Ha ha, oh well, at least the anxiety level is down. She's supposed to notify me sometime next week with a response... I think I have about an 80% chance of getting hired, but we'll see!
The thing I didn't mention last entry was that I received an e-mail from one of my many admirers at Hood, lol. He's some commuter I had physics with, and up until this e-mail, I would have told you his name was Matt (which come to find out it's Will). Basically, I always catch him looking at me and he came up on Thursday for the first time to have a conversation with me... which was akward. I'm trying to find a nice way to tell him that I'm basically "married" (5 1/2 year relationship), so this will be interesting. Needless to say, I haven't replied to that e-mail yet.
It would be easier if he wasn't so nice and wasn't kind of cute... aka resembled the Chronic Masturbator instead, who I have no problem shuttign down because he truly repulses me-- I literally get a little queasy when I think about him!
Eck... enough of that, I don't want to ruin my good mood!
I'm going to finish packing for Jason's!!! Again, hope everyone has a fun St. Patrick's Day!!!!
