shopping makes me happy

I've been finding the best deals on clothes lately. I bought a new skirt, capris and shirt last week all for like 20 bucks. Yesterday I didn't have to work until 6:45 (instead of 2:45) so I went to the mall and bought a skirt, really comfy carpris, some shirts, and I forget what else. Today I was hanging out with Joel and we decided to swing by the mall since it was the start of the sidewalk sale. First I bought a cute pink top for 5 bucks...then I walked by jacob and just wanted to see what they have on sale, and I found two pairs of pants (one colour which I've wanted for a while now) on sale for $7.49! You know how when there's a clearance going on and you can't find your size? Well this particular 50% off rack had just a few pants and some other random clothes, and the two that I wanted were my size right on. Is that good luck or what!?

I ordered a tv stand online from Ikea...I'm calling the lady tomorrow to confirm my order. Shipping is less than I thought, and it only takes about 8 days or so, and I guess that means I'm buying a tv for my room. (what good is a tv stand without a tv?)

Two more days of work, then another week off! After that I start full-time...dun dun dun.

In other news, while we were walking back to Joel's car today in the parking lot, I noticed that his car is now the bat-mobile. There's a DEAD BAT stuck to the front of his car, on the passenger-side headlight. He thought it was still alive; I obviously knew it wasn't because it had no head and was literally stuck to the car, not moving. He thought it would fly away when we drove on the expressway, but since I saw that it was stuck on there good, I knew it would stay on. How the hell do you get a dead bat off your car without having to actually touch it?! And how did it get on!?
