Writer's Block: Same Name
Yes, plenty of times with the LAST name. Not so much with the FIRST name.
My husband's last name is a common one in the South. He can trace his roots to two brothers who were originally from France, and came to America via England in the 1600's. I get calls asking us if we're related to "so-and-so" in the family. I even met a family during a school field trip who had the same name as my husband...and they were surprised to see an Asian relative who married in...me!
