Yay I suppose

OK so like two days ago, if you were near the extension/tennis courts/coliseum/probably anywhere on campus between around 9ish to midnight, and you heard (1)lots of intimidating grunts or (2) A.. AAAAAA r-d-v-a-r-k!!! or (3) Arrrrrgh! Arrrrrrgh! or (4) AARD! VARK! AARD! VARK! you were probably pretty alarmed and more than a little confused, too. But to no avail: it was just me and Christine and Charles (though Charles left before most of the oddest tennis sounds). So yes- we practiced our tennis sounds, starting with the tennis grunt (classic) and following with more advanced techniques: Pirate Tennis Grunts (Aaaargh!) and variations of screaming the word aardvark.

Then yesterday, I had to go renew my driver's license, because it expires on Saturday, and I didn't have lab.. but the power was out.. so Kyle and I wandered off into the uncharted abyss of downtown Opelika with nary a mapquest map for guidance. It was no problem though, the kind people at Bubba's Drugstore helped us out. So then my pictures pretty bad. And I totally let them keep the numbers (height/weight) from when I was 16.. yeah right! Oh well.

So then when I finally got back from that adventure the power was still out and it was freakishly hot and humid in the apt, so I took this as a sign that I needed to go somewhere and finish my book: Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk, the guy who wrote Fight Club. Which by the way was a pretty awesome book, but there were some pretty disturbing stories in it, and it was pretty abstract, so I wouldn't reccomend it for everyone.

So then today the power's back on. ROCK!
