so i've been going to out-patient. it's a six hour group thing that's in this building outside of the hospital that all the old patients go to for therapy. i recognized Ralph, who was deemed my uncle while in the hospital, Carol, who is my mamma, and Ernesto, who is my boy. Ralph is 41, Carol in her 50's, and Ernesto is 27. after group yesterday Ernesto and i went to Ralph's. it was fun. i was in good company.
it was also good because it was distracting. i've seemed to have fallen deeper into depression since i've been home. the doctor at the out-patient is considering switching my meds. he thinks that their not working, and i'm agreeing with him.
